What To Expect In Treatment

Our approach to treatment is straightforward. Through a comprehensive intake and diagnostic process, we focus on identifying the root cause of any injury or imbalance and address it with skill and care. Acupuncture works to support and optimize the body’s natural functions. Modern research highlights acupuncture’s positive impact on the nervous, endocrine, immune, cardiovascular, and digestive systems. By activating these systems, acupuncture can alleviate pain and foster a lasting sense of well-being, both during and beyond treatment sessions.

Each session will include one or more therapeutic modalities depending on your specific needs. Alexis' gentle approach to needling makes her particularly well-suited for patients that are new or hesitant to try Traditional Chinese Medicine. An average treatment runs 50 minutes.

Your treatment plan will include one or more modalities based on your symptoms and goals
