What To Expect In Treatment

Our approach to treatment is straightforward. Through a comprehensive intake and diagnostic process, we focus on identifying the root cause of any injury or imbalance and address it with skill and care. Acupuncture works to support and optimize the body’s natural functions. Modern research highlights acupuncture’s positive impact on the nervous, endocrine, immune, cardiovascular, and digestive systems. By activating these systems, acupuncture can alleviate pain and foster a lasting sense of well-being, both during and beyond treatment sessions.

Each session will include one or more therapeutic modalities depending on your specific needs. Alexis' gentle approach to needling makes her particularly well-suited for patients that are new or hesitant to try Traditional Chinese Medicine. An average treatment runs 50 minutes.

Your treatment plan will include one or more modalities based on your symptoms and goals

Alexis is amazing at what she does. She makes you feel seen, safe and comfortable. She helped at the end of my pregnancy and then with healing my c-section scar. She really knows how to approach your body's needs. I highly recommend her services.

I can`t say enough good things about my acupuncture experience with Alexis. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring - you can feel how much she truly wants her patients to feel better. Her expertise is so clear in the way she listens, explains, and tailors each treatment. I never felt rushed, and every question I had was met with thoughtful, knowledgeable answers. She looks at the whole picture, not just symptoms, which made me feel deeply understood and supported. During the treatment, I felt safe, calm, and completely taken care of. I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and honestly just grateful to have found her. If you’re looking for an acupuncturist who combines real skill with genuine warmth, she’s it.

Alexis is an amazing acupuncturist and has such a loving and warm vibe. She has helped me with a variety of issues including hormones, gut and overall stress reduction. Such a relaxing experience! Can't wait to go back.

I’ve known Alexis for many years, and I can confidently say she is one of the most knowledgeable, thoughtful, and trustworthy practitioners I know. Even outside of formal treatment, she takes the time to really listen and understand what someone is going through. When I was postpartum and dealing with a bladder prolapse, she spent time asking thoughtful, detailed questions to fully understand what was happening with my body before recommending herbal support. I really appreciated how thorough and intentional she was in making sure the herbs she suggested were appropriate for my situation. Beyond her knowledge, she is incredibly kind, resourceful, and genuinely cares about helping people. Anyone looking for an acupuncturist who is attentive, compassionate, and deeply knowledgeable would be in excellent hands with her.
